- Nominate ten blogs (Ten? We'll see)
#1 Do you like county fairs?
I haven't ever been to one, but I bet I would like it!
#2 Were you ever in some sort of club as a kid?
Yes, I was in a Catholic Girls group, Little Flowers, and Little Women Hospitality group.
#3 What's one of the first movies you remember seeing?
Barney's Great Adventure :) Yep, it was VHS.
Barney's Great Adventure :) Yep, it was VHS.
#4 Which would you rather do: hop in your old pickup truck and go for an unexpected adventure, or sit on the back porch with a good novel on a warm summer evening?
I think I would like both... but since I like the wind in my face better than reading, maybe the pick up truck.
#5 Do you enjoy live concerts?
Yes! As a kid I went to a Barney and Wiggles concerts, but now as a teenager, I enjoy live Christian music concerts. I went to Winter Jam in 2012 and the Toby Mac Hits Deep tour in 2016. Definitely a fun experience with friends and/or family.
#6 Which do you read more of: historical fiction or contemporary fiction?
Definitely historical fiction. Anne of Green Gables, Elsie Dinsmore, Jane Austin, ect...
#7 Do you like country music?
I don't listen to country music on the radio. When I was originally tagged with this, I never listened to almost anything but Christian music. But now I've branched out a bit to contemporary songs, Broadway soundtracks, and classical instrumental music. As for country, I do enjoy well done country songs with a good message. I just don't listen to it on a regular basis yet. I'm looking for some great songs, so please suggest your favorite!
The Annie Moses Band also has some great American Rhapsody music and Bluegrass!
I also like Duck Dynasty's Christmas Country album.
#8 If you could play any role in a musical, who would you choose?
Take a guess, someone with red braids and freckles. Yep, you guessed it, ANNE!!! I've already started singing the songs from the musical. :)
I would also looooove to play Anya in Anastasia the Musical.
#9 Do you ever put your feet up on the dashboard when riding in a car?
I would only really do it on a long car ride or road trip, and I'm normally in the back seat for those, so I don't have that opportunity. Plus our dashboard is really high up. So if I was going to put my feet up, I would be slumped over in my chair... yeah.. it would be weird. So...no.
#10 Can you tell us a funny story of something that happened to you in the last week/month/ever?
I already told this story in short in another post here.
Since this tag is so old, I won't tag people specifically, but you're all welcome to answer any or all of these questions on your own blog or even in the comments! Now for the questions. Are you ready?
Do you have any other siblings? If so, how many?
What book that you've had to read for school did you really enjoy?
Would you rather swim in the pool or sit in the jacuzzi?
What motivated you to start your blog?
How did you pick your subject and theme?
If you could meet one famous person in your lifetime, who would it be?
Which do you read more of, historical fiction or contemporary fiction?
If you could play any role in a musical, who would you choose?
Have you had or do you have braces? ;)
What is one quality you most admire in a friend? You could name a few! ;)
God bless dear sisters in Christ!
