I'm giving away some great books!!!

Hello wonderful readers!

I'm sure you are ready to win some books!  There are a few rules.

  1. I can't ship outside of the US.
  2. Enter below!
  3. Share this giveaway!  (That's actually suggested. ;) )
Ready?  Here are the books up for grabs!

Jesus Calling by Sarah Young

Our family has a second copy and I have read some of the devotions. They are pretty good from what I have read, but it's not Catholic.

Fireside Catholic Youth Bible

I absolutely love this bible!  I have my own copy, but this is a completely new one still in the plastic wrapper!   It is paperback, and if you use your bible as much as I do, the glue binding may dry out and some of the pages can come out, but I just stick them back in. :)
There are small colored inserts with virtues, stories, and the lives of the Saints as well which I LOVE!

Madeline Takes Command by Ethel C. Brill

I love this book.  I read it for 9th grade history.  Madeline lives in a fort in Canada during the french Indian War.  It's an easy read, but very exciting.  :)  The book is in 'like new' condition.

The Life of Christ by Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen

This book is on my 'to read' list. Again, we were blessed with two copies!  :D
I absolutely love Ven. Fulton Sheen, especially his TV show. :)
The book is in new condition.

Ok, so do you see the 'Contact Me' box, widget, thingy on the side of my blog?  To enter,

  1. fill it out and give me your top two book choices
  2. comment below and tell me what some of your favorite books are! ;)

Yes, it's that simple!  Have fun and remember to enter the other giveaways in this supercalifragelistic giveaway!

God bless!

  1. What a charming giveaway! Sorry it's taken me until now to enter -- life has been hectic as we prepare for the 4th of July and so on.

Some of my favorite books are: Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas, The Black Stallion by Walter Farley, Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier, The Beekeeper's Apprentice by Laurie R. King, The Indian in the Cupboard by Lynne Reid Banks, Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, Catch-22 by Joseph Heller, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows, and The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien :-)

    2. Oh I'm sorry! No, it didn't show up, but I'll keep looking for it. It might be delayed or going to junk mail or something. :) You could also just tell me your preferences here I guess. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

    3. Aha! I may have actually not pressed "send," come to think of it. Anyway, my only preference is "Madeleine Takes Command." I'm not Catholic, I'm Lutheran, so I won't use either of the other two prizes. Okay?

    4. Sounds good! Thanks! Sorry about all that. :)
